We provided design and construction services for an incredible 27,000-square-foot addition. In the initial phase, we crafted a functional and inviting area that included classrooms, offices, and a remarkable 11,000-square-foot gathering space. Our dedication to the environment is displayed through our LEED certification, which showcases our adherence to responsible practices and elevated standards.
California Baptist University
The Yeager Center at the university has recently undergone a remarkable $13 million renovation. With careful planning and attention to detail, the facility's size was re-evaluated, and the design-build process resulted in an impressive $5 million cost savings for the university. Diffenbaugh Construction's value engineering method was key to this achievement, as they managed to preserve the original concept while still delivering exceptional results.

The sanctuary has recently undergone a major upgrade and expansion, which cost $4.5 million. The improvements have resulted in the addition of over 30,000 square feet of space, specifically designated for children and youth activities. This project has been highlighted in Church Executive Magazine. The entrances have been thoughtfully designed to cater to the specific age groups attending events at the church, ensuring that everyone has a fantastic experience.
